As parents we are often in the habit of focusing on our children’s health and wellbeing and pushing our own mental health to oneside.
Like with the oxygen masks in an aeroplane, it is vitally important for us to nurture our own mindsets and wellbeing so that we can parent our children calmly and positively.
We are our children’s role models and our children are like sponges absorbing our thoughts, our feelings and our actions.
Over the coming weeks we will focus on our adult mindsets using ‘The Power of Yet’. We may not be parenting in a calm and positive mindset YET! We might not be focusing on supporting our own mental health YET!
But we will…
