Learning to recognise our emotions and more importantly learning to manage our feelings, is a very important life skill. It’s called ‘Emotional Control.’ It helps us to build friendships and relationships, resolve arguments and move on from past difficult feelings creating a positive mindset. Emotional Control is not learned overnight. It needs practice.
Our activities help us to recognise emotions and our ‘fight & flight’ system, enabling us to persevere when we find ourselves caught up in strong emotions or unable to express how we feel when facing challenges ahead.
