  • Investigating the Strong Emotions that influence the way that we behave, most importantly Anger & Anxiety.
  • Understanding practical ways to control ‘The 3 brains’, becoming emotionally balanced, whilst more resilient and understanding of others.
  • Learn strategies to turn a ‘Reactive’ Brain into a ‘Receptive’ Brain, whilst exploring how their brain reacts to challenges, through games, art, discussion and strategies, building specific strengths to create perseverance and the ability to overcome obstacles in all shapes and sizes!
